Information collected

HaulSentry may collect the professional contact and fleet information submitted through the priority list or application form, including name, company, work email, telephone number, role, fleet size, Canadian province or territory, ELD system, and operational priorities.

Basic technical information may also be collected for security and analytics, such as browser type, referral source, language, form events, and page interactions.

How application information is used

Application information is used only to notify interested companies, evaluate program fit, contact applicants, conduct qualification conversations, and administer the Founding Fleet Program. HaulSentry does not sell application information.

Operational data and access control

No operational integration is required to join the priority list or submit an application. If a fleet is selected, HaulSentry confirms the pilot scope and signs a participation agreement before operational data is connected.

• Only data reasonably required for the agreed pilot objectives is requested.
• Access is limited to authorized HaulSentry team members and service providers supporting the program.
• Access, confidentiality, security responsibilities, retention, and deletion are documented before integration.

Confidentiality and pilot results

Operational information and agreed pilot results are treated as confidential. HaulSentry may review those results privately with the participant to validate findings. A participant will not be publicly identified, and its name, testimonial, or identifiable results will not be published, without separate written permission.

Retention and deletion

Priority-list and application information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for selection, program administration, and relevant follow-up. Applicants may request deletion at any time. Operational pilot data is retained or deleted according to the participation agreement and applicable legal obligations.
