Founding Fleet Program FAQ
Is the eight-week pilot really free?
Yes. Selected Founding Fleet companies pay no software or consulting fee during the pilot, and no payment information is required.
What happens after the pilot?
There is no automatic subscription or obligation to continue. Selected participants may continue with a Founding Fleet plan starting at CAD $19 per truck/month. Final pricing and terms will be confirmed before any commitment.
How and when will we hear back?
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Most companies receive an initial response within two business days, followed by a short fit call when appropriate.
Which ELD systems are supported?
Direct connectivity is currently available for Samsara, Motive, and other compatible systems. If you use another system, tell us in the application and compatibility will be reviewed during selection.
What data will HaulSentry need?
The exact scope is confirmed during onboarding. It may include relevant dispatch, location, HOS, load, and operating data needed for the agreed pilot objectives.
How much time does participation require?
Plan for one 30-minute review every second week, plus reasonable access to the people and data needed to validate findings.
Will our company be publicly identified?
Not without permission. Any case study commitment is anonymous unless your company separately approves being named.
How are our data and access protected?
Data access begins only after selection, a confirmed scope, and a participation agreement. HaulSentry requests only the data required for the pilot, limits access to authorized team members, and confirms retention and deletion terms before integration.
What does sharing pilot results mean?
It means reviewing agreed operational measures privately with the HaulSentry team so results can be validated. Public use, a named testimonial, or identification of your company requires separate written permission.
