Website and application process
This website provides information about the HaulSentry Founding Fleet Program. Joining the priority list or submitting an application does not require a company to participate and does not guarantee selection.
Selection and participation
HaulSentry may evaluate eligibility, operational fit, data readiness, and program capacity when selecting participants. A selected fleet participates only after both parties agree to the pilot scope and sign a separate participation agreement before data integration.
Pilot cost and post-pilot option
Selected Founding Fleet participants pay no software or consulting fee for the agreed eight-week pilot. There is no automatic subscription and no obligation to continue afterward. An optional Founding Fleet plan may start at CAD $19 per truck/month; final pricing and terms are confirmed before any commitment.
Information accuracy
Applicants agree to provide accurate professional and fleet information. Program dates, availability, selection timing, scope, and features may be adjusted when reasonably necessary, and material changes will be communicated to affected applicants or participants.
Privacy and confidentiality
Use of this website and the application process is also governed by the Privacy Policy. Confidentiality, operational-data access, retention, deletion, and any permitted use of pilot results are confirmed before integration.
